Cancellation Policy
I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show.
I do have a no-kid policy. Therefore children are not permitted at appointments, this policy is in place to maintain a safe, quiet, and professional environment for all clients due to the presence of hot materials, chemicals, sharp objects, etc.
